My name is Larissa Schwab - Psychologist & Neurodivergent,
with a deep sense for the extraordinary.

My professional and personal development was shaped by many different experiences,
that helped me develop flexibility, resilience and a deep understanding of the diversity of human
to develop life paths.
My approach is shaped by the humanistic view of humanity according to Carl Rogers: I believe
that every person has the ability to achieve self-realization – when guided in an appreciative,
empathetic and authentic environment. Change does not occur through pressure or rigid methods,
but through genuine understanding and acceptance. That's why I meet people as equals, with genuine interest and the conviction that they themselves know best what they need—even if this access sometimes has to be uncovered first.
Neurodiversity is particularly close to my heart – not as a label, but as an expression of how
differently we experience the world. With Psynapse, I want to create a space in which
Individuality is not seen as a problem, but as a potential. For me, psychology means
not to "optimize" people, but to accompany them in their uniqueness. My approach
combines scientifically sound methods with intuition – I use structure where it is needed
and creativity and flexibility when the moment requires it.
